Billing
Our practice accepts most insurance and health plans. The patient is responsible for his/her deductible and any copayment amount (usually 20%) at the time of service and is ultimately responsible for any amount not paid by their insurance company.

Payment may be made by cash, personal check, credit card or local debit card. We shall do our best to minimize your paperwork. Please bring your insurance cards with you to our office.

It is our desire to help those who need our services. We are happy to discuss our charges or assist you with financial arrangements and appreciate your sharing any suggestions you may have with us.

The portion of any surgical fees not covered by insurance will be your responsibility and must be paid in full prior to your surgery at your pre-operative visit.
