Appointments and Clinic Hours
The appointment secretary at our office arranges scheduling for all our providers, who are available Monday through Friday. Our providers can be reached at any time by patients or referring doctors through our main office number (208) 323-4747. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can arrange to see patients with urgent needs. If you are new to our practice, please come fifteen minutes early to complete your health history, insurance and billing information. You can access downloadable forms here to save you time at our office.

Examination
Your initial examination will be comprehensive. We shall do our best to complete all necessary tests, explain results, confer with you and make recommendations at that time. Please plan at least one hour for your first appointment. Before you leave our office every effort will be made to explain the treatment alternatives available for your condition. We are happy to include family members in this discussion. Please feel free to ask questions at any time.

Emergencies
We understand that emergencies often occur after regular office hours. Our doctors will provide 24-hour, round the clock coverage. A physician is available at all times for patient questions. Emergency calls are handled through our main office number (208) 323-4747.

Prescriptions
If you need a medication refill, contact your pharmacist. A prescription normally authorizes the pharmacist to fill a limited number of automatic refills. Routine refills will not be authorized on weekdays after 4:00pm or on weekends.
