Remote Post Surgical Consultation

Had my 12 week followup for elbow tendenitis surgery by Dr. Lynch. Because of Covid-19 we did a phone review using Doxy. It was simple, Dr. Lynch sent me a link, I clicked on it, and we were off to the races. This won't work for all Dr. visits but for this type of thing it was a real time saver, for both the doctor and the patient. I think this is the way of the future and would encourage more patients to take advantage of the technology

Dr Lynch and Staff

I, Darylyn Anderson, recently had shoulder surgery at TVMC. What a great hospital it is. What is even greater is the Shoulder Clinic of Idaho. Dr. Lynch is my surgeon and I have to say he is the best surgeon I have ever had. There are important reasons for this. First, he has the best doctor/patient bed-side manner that I have ever seen. He answers all questions and is excited to show you your MRI and explain it all. He has the confidence and expertise to say that he is going to do his best to make your shoulder perfect! He is pleasant, caring, and positive in all that he does. He calls the night before and talks to you and asks if there are any questions you might have. NO ONE DOES THAT!!!! He also called the day after to see how I was and to share more of what he did. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. It's quite exceptional! I won't go to anyone else but Dr. Lynch for my shoulder. And I tell everyone I know to go to him. He's amazing. He reminds me of the movie "Patch Adams" and the show "New Amsterdam" where the patient is most important over anything. That's Dr. Lynch! And even more special is Dr. Lynch's P.A. Mike Nieraerth and nurse April Reed. They are the ones who are on Dr. Lynchs' team. Mike is so knowledgeable and so pleasant-all the time! April is the same. She and Mike make you feel like you are part of the Lynch "family". They make you feel special. The anniversary of my sister's tragic death was in September and I was on the phone with April and told her. My appointment was on that day. April was not there, but she had told the others that it was going to be a hard day for me. I can't begin to tell you all what that meant to me. That is above and beyond what you would find in other offices. Thanks so much for taking care of me, my son-in-law, and my husband. We are Lynch's for LIFE! :)

Best Doctor, PA, Nurse Team EVER!!

From beginning to end, and actually beyond, I believe I could never find a better doctor, P.A, nurse team in the entire world to take care of me! Dr. Lynch, Mike Nieraerth P.A & April Reed R.N surpassed any doctor, nurse or PA I have ever been seen by. They go out of their way to treat you like family and Dr. Lynch even made a call to me on the night before my surgery, a Sunday night!, to wish me well and calm my nerves. I could not believe it!! What other doctor can you say does that? I’ve unfortunately had to have three different surgeries within a year and countless others doctor appointments and I can tell you NONE of them went beyond what was required of them, some even rude/dismissive. The world could only wish for all medical persons to treat us with the same respect, care and overall decency. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lynch, Mike and April. I thank them all for everything they did and still do for me. THANK YOU!! Lisa White - Fruitland

I would highly recommend Dr. Lynch and his team. From the first visit I felt very confident to this point 10 days post opp. All is going well. REALLY appreciate the call night before surgery to see if I had any questions or concerns.. Looking forward to regaining total use of my arm, bowling, golf etc. I had the reverse shoulder as was recommended.
THANK YOU
