I had a total shoulder replacement. Dr. Chopp is an expert surgeon. He is kind and professional. I have had a very good experience and excellent recovery. I highly recommend him. His staff is wonderful. I was treated respectfully by all staff that I interacted with. Their customer service is top notch. I will eventually need to have my other shoulder replaced and will go back to Dr. Chopp!
This is the second shoulder replacement Dr. Chopp has performed for me and they are instantly great with fast recovery times and almost no pain! He and his staff are top notch. I would recommend him to any family or friends.
Dr. Chopp and Kelly Vincent PA-C were fantastic! I had a total shoulder replacement and from start to finish it was a GREAT experience. Not only the office staff were great, the Hospital was top notch as were all the staff there too. I traveled from Northern Oregon , over 4 hours away but would travel any distance to get the care of received from them. EXCELLENT!!!!!
Dr Chopp did a rotator cuff surgery in November, 2018 on my right shoulder. He is easy to talk to, a good listener, and a master surgeon! I'm still recovering, but I am confident he did the repairs perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Kelly Vincent, PA who works with him. The rest of the office staff are friendly & welcoming. I was happy to have the procedure done at Treasure Valley Hospital. Such good care, and a much smaller setting than the big hospitals in Boise.
I had terrible pain from a shoulder injury. I sought care from Dr. Chopp. He advised surgery and before the surgery informed me on the procedure and recovery care. I felt confident and trustworthy in his ability as a doctor to help me with my shoulder problem. Dr. Chopp completed the surgery and in less than three months I had use of my arm and no pain. Dr. Chopp is an excellent Orthoepedic doctor and his office staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. Thank you so much.
Dr. Tom Chopp, PA Kelly Vincent, and MA Sheila Brown are an awesome team. After years of pain, I finally sought their expertise and am elated with the result. My surgery for a torn rotator cuff went well and the post-op care was superb. I didn't require physical therapy after following their detailed care instructions. I appreciate their professionalism, availability, and concern for my health. I highly recommend them.
We got right to the problem and took care of it.
Dr. Chopp treated me for right shoulder pain which was diagnosed as a biceps tendon tear and a rotator cuff tear. He took a proactive but conservative approach, with a cortisone injection to the shoulder to see if that provided any relief. When that didn't work, we went to surgery and I can say now, 6 years later, it functions perfectly. The care, treatment, surgery, recovery - all were first rate and I was really pleased with the result! Thanks!
10 mo. s/p arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Excellent results because of well thought our choice of procedure, operative skills, attention to details and personalized postoperative care. Strong word of mouth recommendations from two orthopedic surgeon friends of mine. As a retired general surgeon (Chief of Surgery, Boise VAMC) I know a lot about wound healing and appreciate the care he personally gives to letting things thoroughly heal after operation. Don't have room here to say all I'd like.
Dr. Chop is the best surgeon I’ve ever dealt with. From his well run office, his staff and his thorough engagement with his patient go beyond the norm. Highly recommended. Hands down!
