Dr. Chopp was raised in Grand Rapids Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1984. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in 1985 and went on to complete his fellowship at Hughston Sports Medicine Foundation in 2000, with emphasis on shoulder surgery. He practiced shoulder surgery for seven years in South Dakota before joining The Shoulder Clinic of Idaho in 2007.
Kelly was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Boise State University and received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. She is board certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Kelly’s interests include backpacking, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
